Job Duties:
- Engage with customers by developing, growing, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Deliver high-quality services and ensure all project deliverables meet client requirements.
- Manage projects and programs to achieve successful outcomes while adhering to established procedures.
- Administer construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, or Project Manager.
- Review project budgets and schedules, and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
- Produce and present reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage service delivery to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate with leadership about project challenges and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5-10 years of experience managing commercial or heavy industrial construction projects, preferably greenfield.
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and principles.
- Understanding of legislation impacting building contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
