What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage multiple automation and equipment installation projects
- Lead on-site teams of 10–15 engineers and technicians
- Act as the customer-facing PM throughout the lifecycle
- Oversee installation, commissioning, SAT, and validation activities
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource planning
- Partner with global teams and support FATs in Italy
- Drive continuous improvement across projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer-facing PM experience
- Experience in pharma, manufacturing, or regulated environments
- Ability to lead site execution and installation teams
- Familiarity with GMP and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP (nice to have)
