This role blends technical engineering, client interaction, and project execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full lifecycle of a project.
What You’ll Do
- Develop system specifications across drives, motors, transformers, and control systems
- Perform power system evaluations and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Evaluate supplier proposals and optimize cost vs. performance
- Support technical proposals and client-facing engineering discussions
- Lead design reviews with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Provide technical guidance throughout project execution
- Identify new applications and support business growth initiatives
- BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field
- Experience in industrial automation, drives, or power systems
- Strong understanding of system-level design and integration
- Ability to interface with OEMs, vendors, and end users
- 5 weeks PTO starting day one
- Work on complex, engineered-to-order systems
