Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design efforts from concept, design, and validation through production release
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design consistency, quality, and adherence to best practices
- Support system-level design activities, including layout development and equipment integration
- Design and specify mechanical components such as gearboxes, bearings, motors, and structural elements
- Create detailed drawings for assemblies, weldments, installations, and modifications
- Release and manage engineering documentation through ERP systems
- Work closely with fabrication and assembly teams to troubleshoot and resolve design issues
- Travel to customer sites as needed to support project requirements and execution
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to new product and process innovation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in automation or manufacturing
- Proficiency in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D drafting
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
