We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design and engineering of custom and standard enclosure systems within a rapidly growing Enclosures Division. Key Responsibilities
- Design and engineer enclosure systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Develop layouts, assemblies, and detailed drawings for enclosure products
- Support product development from concept through release to manufacturing
- Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and project teams to ensure designs meet customer and application requirements
- Assist with material selection, design for manufacturability, and basic structural considerations
- Revise and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and BOMs
- Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited program in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering
- Entry-level candidates must have internship, co-op, or relevant hands-on experience
- Proficiency or working knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD
