• Shift: Start on 1st shift, transition to 2nd shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) once staffing is in place
• Pay: $27-28/hr $3/hr shift differential
• OT: Lots of overtime available
• Positions: 5-8 openings

Position Overview

Seeking experienced Manual Machinists skilled on Bridgeport Mills. This is a hands-on role—no CNC, —focused on manual milling and part fabrication according to prints.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate Bridgeport mills and other manual machining equipment
• Machine parts manually to specifications
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards
• Work extended hours as needed; OT available
  
  

Requirements

• Proven manual machining experience
• Strong knowledge of Bridgeport mills or other milling machines
• Ability to read and work from prints
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
