Maintenance Technician – Night Shift
Location: Bear Creek, WI
Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a steady, high-paying opportunity with great benefits? We’re hiring a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Bear Creek, WI. In this full-time night shift role, you’ll be responsible for keeping our equipment and facility running safely and efficiently.
You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair machinery, and respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. This is a hands-on role combining mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Complete carpentry and drywall repairs to maintain a clean, safe facility
Use precision measuring tools to ensure proper calibration and performance
Maintain clear documentation of all maintenance and repairs
Respond quickly to emergency equipment breakdowns
Work with the team to identify and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
Preferred:
Technical certification in maintenance, industrial technology, or related field
Carpentry, drywall repair, and precision measurement experience
