What You’ll Do
• Drive EHS programs, compliance, and incident investigations
• Lead safety training, audits, and continuous improvement efforts
• Implement and sustain lean initiatives (5S, waste reduction)
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of EHS/lean experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and lean methodologies
• Bachelor’s required | Six Sigma or CSP preferred
