About the Role :
As a Deskside Support Technician, you will be the go-to expert for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripherals. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently and without disruption.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Install, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, and related systems.
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
- Assist in determining and installing suitable software solutions.
- Manage and track all PC assets, ensuring accurate inventory and records.
- Install software updates, patches, and security features on company devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system failures, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with the Network Administrator to address network-related challenges.
- Work with vendors to coordinate repairs and maintenance for company devices.
- Build and maintain system images for all company computers.
