Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Develop and maintain key project artifacts such as project charters, scope documents, schedules, cost estimates, RAID logs, and status reports
- Manage internal and external project resources, ensuring proper allocation and alignment with timelines
- Monitor project performance using established tools and metrics; communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
- Manage scope and change control through defined PMO processes; assess impacts and prepare change requests as needed
- Develop implementation strategies to support business requirements and ensure smooth transition to operations
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to leadership
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely documentation of action items and deliverables
- Support additional PMO and project-related initiatives as needed
- 5 years of project management experience leading IT or technology-focused projects (software development, data analytics, cloud implementations, etc.)
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
- Experience working with vendors and third-party service providers
