Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)

Compensation & Schedule
- $55K–$60K base salary
- Up to 25% annual team bonus
- Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
Overview
Join a fast-paced inside sales team supporting customers and driving revenue growth. You’ll work closely with outside sales, manage customer relationships, and help convert quotes into orders.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with outside sales to generate and close orders
- Proactively follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
- Enter and manage orders in the system
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and adjustments
- Assist with accounts receivable issues
- Prepare cost estimates and follow through on requests
