Facility Maintenance Technician (HVAC / Electrical / Refrigeration)
Location: Milwaukee Area
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Overtime as Needed
Compensation: $25-30/hr

Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements
- Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks
- Track work orders, parts, and repairs in CMMS/ERP systems
- Follow all safety standards and procedures
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of facility maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration systems (refrigeration required)
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Basic computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Office)
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification
- Refrigeration certification
- NFPA 70E training
