The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator provides short-term, part-time coordination support to ensure small maintenance upgrades and incremental improvements are completed efficiently and not left unfinished. This is a non-hands-on role focused on accountability, follow-through, and closing the gap between maintenance technicians and internal HVAC or engineering teams.
The role exists to coordinate people, parts, and schedules so technicians can stay focused on hands-on work, recurring issues are reduced, and small but important upgrades are executed rather than deferred.

Job Duties
- Coordinate and manage small-scale maintenance and incremental upgrade projects from identification through completion
- Serve as the primary liaison between maintenance technicians and internal HVAC or engineering teams
- Track recommendations and assigned work to ensure ownership remains clear and progress continues
- Coordinate ordering of materials, parts, and supplies
- Schedule and align labor and installation activities across teams
- Follow up on open items to drive timely project closure
- Maintain visibility into multiple small workstreams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support execution of recommended fixes to reduce repeat maintenance issues
- Strong project coordination, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience managing multiple small workstreams simultaneously
- Ability to drive accountability across technicians and internal teams
- Comfortable in an administrative, follow-up-heavy “mini project management” role
- Exposure to HVAC, building systems, or facilities environments preferred
- Facilities, maintenance, or engineering environment experience is a plus
