Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Build and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines to align with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractors
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, reporting, and closeout summaries
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- 5 years of project management experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required
- Strong background in capital project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in union or non-union environments
