You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product performance, reliability, and quality while supporting both manufacturing and customer service needs.
Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot PCB assemblies to the component level using schematics, oscilloscopes, and test equipment.
- Perform final assembly, testing, and calibration of electrical equipment.
- Repair, test, and calibrate returned customer units.
- Maintain production documentation, repair databases, and inventory records.
- Work independently to complete testing and troubleshooting tasks.
- Communicate with customers regarding equipment performance and applications.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, production, and purchasing teams.
- Associate degree in Electronics or related field (or military training).
- 2 years of experience reading schematics and troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic theory.
- Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Ability to use hand tools; SMT soldering/de-soldering is a plus.
