Job Duties:
- Assemble and wire complex electrical and electro-mechanical equipment according to schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Install and route wiring, cables, terminals, connectors, and electrical components.
- Perform panel wiring, point-to-point wiring, and electrical sub-assembly work.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of completed assemblies to verify functionality and quality.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and assembly drawings.
- Assist with mechanical assembly as needed to complete final equipment builds.
- Identify and resolve assembly, wiring, and component issues during the build process.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment such as multimeters.
- 2 years of electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Experience with panel wiring, point-to-point wiring, and cable routing.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical assemblies.
- Familiarity with electrical components including relays, switches, sensors, power supplies, and terminal blocks.
