Pay Rate: $90,000-$110,000 Bonus

Sterling Engineering is hiring a Controls Engineer for an innovative, fast-growing organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control systems for automated machinery and equipment
• Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and SCADA software for control systems
• Conduct system testing, validation, and performance verification
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize control systems and automation processes
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades to control systems
• Integrate new technologies and automation solutions into existing systems
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering
• Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system integration
• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems
• Proficiency with CAD software for control system design
• Experience with programming languages such as ladder logic, C, or Python
