Job Duties:
- Perform finish carpentry including trim work, cabinetry, and laminate application
- Build and assemble custom wood structures and components
- Operate hand tools and woodworking equipment safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to complete projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in finishing carpentry
- Experience with hand tools including table saws, miter saws, and routers
- Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience in exhibit fabrication, lamination, or box panel construction
- CNC router operation experience
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Associate’s degree
