Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible On-Site)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Compensation: $30–$35/hr

wOur client is seeking a Job Analyst to join their Global Total Rewards team. This position will focus on job evaluations, job documentation, and supporting the development of career frameworks and job architecture across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analyzing roles, gathering information from stakeholders, and creating clear, data-driven job descriptions

Responsibiliti

• esConduct job evaluations through interviews, surveys, and resear
• chAnalyze positions to define responsibilities, qualifications, and performance expectatio
• nsDevelop and maintain job descriptions aligned with organizational and industry standar
• dsPartner with HR and business leaders to accurately assess and document rol
• esSupport competency framework development and career pathing initiativ
• esAssist with job architecture, skill matrices, and progression planni
• ngMaintain job-related data and documentation within HR syste

msQualificatio

• nsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related fie
• ldExperience in job evaluation, compensation, HR analysis, or related HR functio
• nsStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skil
• lsExcellent written communication and documentation abiliti
• esExperience working with HR systems and workforce da
• taAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effective
