This role focuses solely on validation deliverables—no coding, troubleshooting, or programming. The engineer will work from established design documentation and ensure all validation protocols move efficiently through TrackWise for review and approval.Job Duties:Author, execute, and finalize IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for DeltaV and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI systems.Use existing design documents, logic descriptions, and templates to create validation documentation.Interpret design scripts with support from automation SMEs as needed.Perform structured testing based on predefined formulas and documented steps.Manage protocols, deviations, and change records through TrackWise for approval.Maintain traceability using standard matrices, templates, and compliance tools.Collaborate with automation, quality, and operations teams to ensure accurate, timely documentation.Qualifications:5 years of automation or equipment validation experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of DeltaV, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs, and related automation platforms.Proven experience writing and executing CSV/CQV validation protocols (URS/FRS/IQ/OQ/PQ).Ability to interpret functional/design descriptions and verify control logic.Familiarity with structured automated system testing.Experience with TrackWise or similar electronic QMS systems.Strong communication skills with the ability to drive document progress and approvalsQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
