Direct Hire

30-35 / hr

1st shift, 6AM-6PM, 2 / 2 / 3 rotating schedule

Position Purpose : Maintain all tooling and support production with mold repair / maintenance operations.

Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety
• Interact with engineering, production, and tooling staff when troubleshooting molds
• Identify solutions to complex molding and mold problems as they pertain to injection molding manufacturing.
• Create work orders for the service of all molds and maintain records as required.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions for needed repairs.
• Verify molds are production ready; advise production and engineering of condition of molds.
• Train others in the operation of equipment in the Tool Repair department.
