Key Responsibilities
- Move and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Monitor equipment and respond to alarms and production issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records, material tracking, and documentation
- Stage materials and components to support production schedules
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and product verification
- Support cleaning, maintenance, and organization (5S) of work areas
- Assist with material changes, restocking, and production line support
- Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling preferred
- Comfortable operating forklifts and material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule
- Team player with a focus on safety and efficiency
