Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Englewood, FL, for a Manufacturing Technician. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintaining clean room environments. Duties will also include troubleshooting production issues, implementing manufacturing processes, and collaborating with team members to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and experience working in Clean Rooms
- Skills in Quality Control and troubleshooting to identify and resolve production issues
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration and reporting
- Ability to prioritize safety and follow compliance standards
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus
