Sterling Custom Sheet Metal is a fast-growing sheet metal manufacturing facility producing superior, high demand HVAC products for residential and commercial markets.
We are seeking a warehouse assistant to join our team!
Warehouse Assistant Responsibilities Include:
- Process product from shop to warehouse accurately and efficiently
- Verify correct labeling of product
- Operate a pallet wrapper
- Accurate product selection and documentation for orders
- Ensure correct product is loaded on trucks safely for delivery to customers
- Operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Follow safety standards in all daily activities
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to work/adapt in a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Proficient with forklift
- Positive attitude and team player
- Motivated and punctual
- Must have reliable transportation
