Customer Service Representative – RPM Warehouse

Position Overview:
RPM Warehouse is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily operations within our 3PL coffee storage facility. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory management, timely processing of shipments, and delivering excellent service to our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data entry in a proprietary inventory management system
• Process and distribute time-sensitive receipts, samples, and outbound shipment documentation
• Verify and process warehouse documents for timely and accurate customer distribution
• Provide administrative support to warehouse and operations teams as needed
• Maintain a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction through clear communication and responsiveness
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail with excellent numeric, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of supply chain or logistics processes is a plus
• Experience in warehouse or 3PL environments preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Education:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
