Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting customers from start to finish of the service process, and beyond
- Call to update customers daily on the status of their vehicle service repairs
- Provide a seamless experience by understanding customer needs
- Consulting with Service Technicians to communicate vehicle updates with customers
- Effectively communicate diagnoses and accurate estimates to customers
- Build rapport and create lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they become customers for life
- Utilize top-notch customer service and communication skills to ensure customers have an outstanding experience in our Service Department
- Must have 2 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Must pass background check & drug screen
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be 21 or have 3 years’ experience)
- High school diploma or equivalent
