Pay range for this opportunity is $105,400.00 - $136,400.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

- This position is located in Mentor, OH with the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
You will have responsibilities in market development, market research, product marketing, promotions and sales support to achieve global revenue, gross margin and marketing objectives.
To effectively accomplish these expectations you will:
- Plan new product launches including forecasting, sales collateral, equipment evaluation requirements, pricing guidelines, and product training.
- Partner with sales and marketing on Plans of Action (POAs) and new product launches.
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Accounts (KAs).
- Gather customer feedback through Voice of the Customer (VOC).
- Collaboration with the commercial team to enhance product penetration and utilization.
- Identify opportunities and strategies within assigned procedural areas.
- Communicate changes, pricing, and sales tools.
- Drive short and long-term product planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find data-driven solutions.
- Support new product development and testing.
- Work with senior management on market penetration plans and annual budgets.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related business or technical degree.
- 5 years of relevant marketing or product management experience including market research and brand establishment.
- Experience establishing executive Plans of Action (POAs) and NPL.
- Experience building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS) and Key Accounts.
- Experience planning new product launches.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 35%)
- Experience launching capital equipment service offerings.
- Experience within the Life Sciences industry.
- Related experience utilizing AI, machine learning.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with track record of successfully motivating cross functional teams.
- Problem-solving, negotiation, analytical and project management skills.
