This is a full-time, on-site role for an Injection Mold Machine Operator located in Mentor, OH. The Injection Mold Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection mold machines to produce high-quality parts. Daily tasks will include setting up, adjusting, troubleshooting, and inspecting machines for optimal performance, adhering to safety and quality standards, and completing production reports accurately and on time. The role also involves cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production workflows.

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines and ensuring quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet production deadlines
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or related field is preferred
