Why This Role- Own setups on CNC milling centers and Swiss-type lathes for diverse part families.
- Apply limited program edits and offset changes to meet exacting dimensional requirements.
- Use calipers and micrometers to confirm quality without slowing production.
- Collaborate and occasionally assist lower-level operators.
- Work within established plant policies and safety rules.
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM–1:45 AM
Must-Have Background- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of CNC machining experience or a technical degree.
- Proficiency reading blueprints, process routers, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Demonstrated fine motor skills for precision tasks.
- Mainly standing; limited seated work.
- Occasional bending/twisting.
- Move items up to 50 lbs between stations.
- Sufficient visual acuity to identify subtle product non-conformities.

- Blueprint reading and interpretation
