While overtime can occur, it’s not a promise.
This remote, client-oriented role requires you to be based in Tennessee, serving assigned territories.

- Document all activities digitally for clear service records.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through precise follow-up actions, including cleaning up installation spaces and resolving queries.
Your Profile and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED, with significant hands-on mechanical experience, ideally in construction or HVAC-related roles, or an Associate's degree with pertinent experience.
- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical systems is highly desirable.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Computer literate, especially with Windows operating systems.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities and extended working hours as business dictates.
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
