POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
LOCATION: Woodland Facility, Elizabethtown, KY
QUALIFICATIONS:
- active LPN license
- While we welcome applicants who are in recovery, Kentucky regulations require that our team members have two years of sobriety.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
- collect and review labs ordered by the doctor
- administer medications according to Stepworks protocols (training provided)
- monitor patient vitals and measure withdrawal symptoms (training provided)
- supervise residential patients
- assist clinicians/therapists
- encourage patients to persevere in treatment (training provided)
- PICC line care, including medication administration and dressing changes (training provided)
- be prepared for crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)
SHIFT: Weekends 7AM - 7PM or 7PM - 7AM
