Responsibilities
We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality food and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop and execute menus for all meal periods and special events.
- Control food costs, manage inventory, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with management to meet financial goals and ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- CPR and First Aid training preferred.
