The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Program lead or Manager to lead and optimize our Workday platform. In this high-impact role, you will manage cross-functional projects, integrations, and enterprise enhancements across multiple Workday modules. This position requires a proactive leader with both strategic oversight and hands-on technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday-related initiatives and system upgrades
- Manage deployment, configuration, and support across HCM, Financials, Talent, and Recruiting modules
- Collaborate with business units to align platform solutions with operational goals
- Ensure smooth integration between Workday and other enterprise systems (via APIs/Web Services)
- Monitor system performance and drive ongoing platform optimization
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance reporting, user experience, and platform adoption
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of enterprise technology experience, with 3 years hands-on Workday expertise
- Strong command of Workday integrations, web services, and system architecture
- Experience managing cross-functional tech initiatives and platform deployments
- Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Exposure to Azure tools, data visualization, or analytics platforms
- Experience in financial services, consulting, or high-compliance sectors
- Workday certifications (preferred but not required)
