This role supports critical business systems and ensures operational excellence across a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SharePoint Online & On-Premises environments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and manage user access, permissions, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and internal knowledge base materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements.
- Deliver training and technical guidance to users and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance policies and support system integrations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field —OR—
- Equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint administration (Online and On-Premises)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Office, OneDrive)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for systems and application environments
- Experience with governance and compliance in Microsoft ecosystems
- Proficiency in documenting technical workflows and end-user guides
- Experience using ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of IIS administration and networking concepts
- Work Hours: Flexibility required between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; may include on-call, after-hours, or weekend support
- Interview Format: May be conducted via Microsoft Teams or in person
- Residency: Candidates must reside in Tallahassee, FL or surrounding areas
