Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of toddler aged children. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate educational activities and managing classroom behavior effectively.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Loving, nurturing personality
- Loves crafting
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Diapering
Qualifications
- Experience in toddler settings or working with young children is highly desirable.
- Skills in caregiving, including infant care and working with children
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not required at the time of hire.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to create positive relationships with children and families.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
