Job Description
We are currently seeking a Director to join our team! This role will be responsible for the overall operation of our Executive Programs. The Director will be responsible for the administration of our Programs, including:
- Overseeing the hiring process, including interviews, resumes, and hiring processes
- Conducting candidate evaluations and compensation plans review
- Conducting performance reviews and compensation plans design changes as needed
- Assisting with recruiting efforts for new Executive Members, as well as assisting with the recruitment of current Executive Members.
- Managing the executive team’s calendar and scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting in the development of learning plans for new or existing programs.
- Assisting with annual financial statements preparation.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Pay: $31,416.25 - $49,877.63 per year
