Role Description This part-time, or part-time to full-time, on-site Pediatrician role is based at Stepping Stone Pediatrics LLC in Bellevue, WA. The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients from infancy through adolescence, including well-child visits, preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing appropriate treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Pediatrician will collaborate with other clinicians and staff, communicate clearly with families about care plans, and support a welcoming, family-centered clinic environment that aligns with the practice’s values.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage common pediatric conditions and coordinate overall patient care.
- Specialized training and experience in Pediatrics, including growth and development, preventive care, and adolescent health.
- Experience or training in Neonatology, with the ability to assess and manage health needs of newborns and young infants.
- Ability to work effectively with Physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, demonstrating collaborative and respectful communication.
- Active, unrestricted MD or DO license in Washington State, board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, family-focused care, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in outpatient pediatric clinic settings and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
