As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.
- Collect accurate session data and maintain timely clinical documentation.
- Follow behavior intervention procedures and safety protocols as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support client progress.
- Build positive, therapeutic relationships with children and their families.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing training opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid requirements, HIPAA, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.
- Maintain productivity and documentation expectations established by the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
- Current Sunshine Credentialed preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Experience in ABA, education, childcare, healthcare, or related fields.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
No ABA experience? No problem!

Training and ongoing mentorship are available for qualified candidates.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to actively engage with children throughout the workday.
- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, squat, run, and transition between activities.
- Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to implement behavior intervention procedures, including responding to challenging behaviors using approved safety techniques and company training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric clinic environment.
