Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT System Analyst to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and systems management. This role offers STRUCTURED hours, and NO ON-Call required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting IT problems and resolving user issues.
- Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
- Support the IT team with system upgrades, installations, and configurations.
- Ensure security best practices are followed for company systems and data.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve IT efficiency.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
- Assist on-Site locations (within Ohio) occasionally

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of IT Analyst experience (Industry not required)
- Basic knowledge of Windows and iOS and iPad OS operating systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Organizational skills are a must for success in this role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
