Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
- Work on bill approvals across multiple companies in multiple states.
- Support and execute the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Maintain and update accounting records and documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Salary : $70,000 - $75,000
