Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Sales: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
