This is a full-time, on-site role located in Stephenville, TX, for a Medical Biller. The Medical Biller will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing medical billing claims to insurance companies and patients. Daily tasks include reviewing medical records, ensuring accurate coding of diagnoses and procedures, managing denials, following up on unpaid claims, and handling collections with insurance providers and patients. The role requires attention to detail, a solid understanding of medical billing processes, and effective communication with healthcare providers and payers.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
- Experience with handling insurance claims and payment processing
- Proficiency in addressing and resolving claim denials
- Familiarity with Medicare billing processes and requirements

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with medical billing software and electronic medical records systems is a plus
