Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces when applicable
- Conduct floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, dusting, surface wiping, and floor care using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents
- Handle heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when moving furniture or large items during deep cleans or maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment for guests
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding cleaning schedules, special requests, or property issues to ensure seamless service delivery
- Reporting damaged or missing items
- Taking time stamped photos and posting them in our cleaning app
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management with a focus on customer service excellence
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, detergents, and sanitation procedures required for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary for property upkeep or landscaping tasks
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled windows
- Physical ability for heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking during cleaning sessions
- Excellent client communication skills to understand specific needs and provide outstanding service
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor cleaning experience is a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality or residential housekeeping is highly desirable
