Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common spaces
- Perform detailed floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure pristine surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for guest turnover
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and high-touch areas in accordance with health guidelines
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to prepare the space for new guests
- Conduct regular custodial tasks including trash removal, dusting, and window cleaning to keep properties immaculate
- Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding maintenance needs or guest feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning equipment safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude towards guests and team members
- Experience in laundry services and handling household or hospitality supplies efficiently
- Familiarity with cleaning products, safety protocols, and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments
- Prior experience in hospitality or hotel industry is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to show up and do tasks according to standard.
