We are seeking a motivated and customer service orientated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key roll in delivering exceptional service, through the quoting, purchasing and material delivery process. Duties
- Answering customer inquiries and making cold calls.
- Read customer drawings and sketches.
- Determine materials required.
- Process quote requests and orders.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- A proactive approach to selling products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with fence products and installation techniques is a plus.
