Solutions That Empower People, Inc. (STEP), a multifaceted community action agency, is seeking a Data Specialist to support accurate data management, reporting, and compliance for all Head Start service areas. This position is responsible for entering, validating, and maintaining program data; preparing routine and required reports; supporting audits and monitoring activities; and assisting staff with data procedures and best practices. The Data Specialist will work closely with the programs team to ensure data accuracy, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making. Qualifications include an associate degree in business, Data Management, Early Childhood Education, Social Services, or related field (bachelor’s preferred); strong computer and data skills; excellent attention to detail; and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Experience with data systems and knowledge of Head Start or early childhood programs is preferred. Salary range for this position will be $21.33-$24.80 per hour. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, disability insurance, paid time off and 401K.
