Duties

- Conduct assessments of children's progress through standardized testing, observations, and informal evaluations to tailor instruction effectively.
- Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises to enhance early reading and writing skills.
- Support children with special needs or those requiring early intervention by adapting lessons and collaborating with specialists to meet individual requirements.
- Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions between activities while maintaining discipline and child welfare.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, including classroom experience with toddlers or early learners.
