Psychiatric Rehabilitation Caseworker - Daytime Hours

Psych Rehabilitation Caseworker develops contact with community resources, makes appropriate referrals, and participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings. Identifying individuals' strengths and needs, recommending a plan of action, and arranging residential site tours go hand in hand with the Caseworker's monitoring and documentation of progress.

Position Details: Full-time status, daytime hours.
All applicants must be available to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must have knowledge and experience with crisis management and de-escalation.
Preferred knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care, including but not limited to Inclusion, increasing Resiliency, and system-based trauma.
All Team members must: be at least 18 years of age
Associate’s Degree in a related human services field, or 60 credits in a related field with 1 year relevant prior employment experience in a human service agency; or
High School Diploma and 2 years work experience in a human service agency.
Have no prohibited criminal offenses.
Possess a valid driver's license with no suspension or points within the past 3 years.
