Step By Step, Inc. is looking for a Assistant ABA Clinical Supervisor. The assistant clinical supervisor will provide IBHS supervision to BCs and RBTs in Carbon, Monroe and Pike counties, and be based out of our Marshall’s Creek office. The successful candidate will be a BCBA and also a licensed master-level clinician in Pa.

Salary: $76,000 annually. Salary may be negotiable based on relevant work experience

Qualifications: Master’s degree in ABA or a human services related field, current BCBA certification plus a license. Relevant licenses include LSW, LPC or BSL. 1-year experience working with children/adolescents and in a supervisory role is also required.
