Hours :

7am -3 pm & 3-11 pm ( Must be able to work both)

OR

Overnights 11pm - 7 am

DURING THE WEEK & EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Must be able to lift !

Job Summary MUST HAVE : DL , HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA - GED , FIRST AID & CPR , & YOUR OWN VEHICLE!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated personal care aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence, and fostering a positive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Living Assistance: Provide coaching and support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure living and working environments are clean, safe, and meet the needs of individuals, including compliance with medical recommendations and care plans.
  • Adaptability: Evolve your approach as individuals’ needs evolve, serving as a key member of their support team.

Experience

  • Previous experience in caregiving roles is preferred.
  • Experience in transfering
  • Familiarity with patient monitoring techniques and basic health care practices.
  • Knowledge of CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to cook nutritious meals that cater to dietary restrictions or preferences of clients.
  • A caring & positive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support and enhancing the lives of those in your care.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
